Day 1 we have an hour call. The first call is to discuss your specific situation, goals, challenges and strategies to achieve success! You will get an email summary of the call, what we talked about, a routine and affirmations tailored specifically for you to implement throughout the2 weeks with me but also after. We have daily check ins through Instagram DM's to make sure you are staying on track and on top of your routine. You will get written assignments from me every 2-3 days to keep you in your desired story as much as possible and to saturate your conscious and subconscious mind with it as much as possible.
