These are focused, real time text sessions held exclusively on Telegram.

You will receive an email after booking, and once you send the requested information from that email (your time zone), I let you know my very first availability which is usually within the same week or the next.

During the session, you have my full attention. We’ll work through what’s going on, and bring you back into your chosen story locked in, in a sustainable and practical way

Please note: You don’t need to send me a detailed explanation of your circumstances before the session. We’ll go through the details of your situation together during our session. Because my sessions are scheduled back to back, I’m not able to read through long explanations or your entire story beforehand ❤️
